Mini tornado topples house, damages others in Cagayan

APARRI, Cagayan — A mini tornado struck a village in Barangay Macanaya here in this town, totally destroying a house and damaging others on Sunday, Nov. 17.

The tornado struck at around 9 in the morning, the disaster risk reduction management office said.
