BAGUIO CITY — The Summer Capital has been placed on "blue alert" on Sunday, Nov. 17, for Typhoon Pepito which is expected to unleash intense to torrential rains until Monday, Nov. 18.
Mayor Benjamin Magalong at the same time has alerted the concerned agencies here to continue the risk analysis and monitoring, preparedness and contingency planning for response.
