MANILA, Philippines — Twenty-four trucks carrying relief goods left the House of Representatives early on Monday morning for typhoon-hit Bicol.

The House and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) launched the initiative called "Tabang Bikol, Tindog Oragon," following the directive of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to help typhoon victims.
