THE US government donated over 200,000 learning materials worth P25 million ($450,000) to Philippine government agencies that support educational, skill-building, and employment programs for out-of-school youth (OSY) on Nov. 13, 2024.
The amount was coursed through the United States Agency for International Development (USAid).
