THE Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP), in commemoration of the 119th anniversary of the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), conducted a free legal consultation for 150 persons deprived of liberty or PDLs currently detained at the Minimum Security Camp of New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City on Nov. 8, 2024.
Led by PCUP Chairman and CEO Meynardo Sabili, in collaboration with PCUP Commissioner Michelle Anne Baluyut Gonzales, the activity aimed to provide legal guidance and representation for PDLs with limited access to legal services.
