GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite — Mayor Luis Emmanuel "Jon Jon" Ferrer IV formally opened on Nov. 14, what he promised in his state of the city address — an annex building housing a birthing home, TB DOTS (directly observed treatment for tuberculosis), dialysis and health center — for residents of the upland part of city located in Stateland Village in Barangay Manggahan.
Ferrer, along with Cavite's 6th District Rep. Antonio Ferrer and Rep. Marissa "Del Mar" Magsino of the OFW Partylist, led the ribbon cutting and unveiling of the annex's marker. The event was also attended by Vice Mayor Jonas Labuguen, councilors and department heads of the locality.
