PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday inaugurated the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) Cavite Extension Project (L1CE) Phase 1, a mass transit system that aims to create 'a smoother, more reliable mode of transport' in Metro Manila and Cavite.
The president joined the inaugural ride during the launch of the partial operation of the project in Parañaque City.
