BACOLOD CITY — The Negros Electric and Power Corp. will begin its underground cabling project starting with the one-kilometer stretch from 5th-Lacson Streets to BS Aquino Drive-Lacson St. (Ramos).
The groundbreaking ceremony for the project was held Wednesday morning at the Provincial Capitol grounds, attended by officials from the Negros Occidental provincial and Bacolod City governments.
