A CONTINUED Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) crackdown against illicit cigarette manufacturers has uncovered an estimated P8.54 billion in tax liabilities, the agency said on Thursday
Raids conducted at a factory in Bulacan and three warehouses in Valenzuela City last week were the biggest so far this year, BIR chief Romeo Lumagui Jr. said.
