CEBU CITY — Gubernatorial candidate Pamela Baricuatro lashed back at the Cebu Choreographers Association (CCA) and the Cebu Tourism Officers Association (CTOA) as she sustained her position questioning the economic impact of the province's two notable tourism programs.

Baricuatro, citing 2023 data from the Philippine Statistics Authority, said that "there are 1.72 million living below the poverty threshold."
