PH Air Force flies relief to 'Ofel'-affected victims in Northern Luzon

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Air Force on Thursday conducted emergency relief operations in Northern Luzon communities devastated by Typhoon 'Ofel.'

Affected were Cagayan (Santa Teresita, Ballesteros, Aparri, Camalaniugan Buguey, Lal-lo, Allacapan, Gattaran, Baggao, Penablanca) and the northeastern part of Isabela (Maconacon, Divilacan and Palanan).
