A disbarment complaint was filed before the Supreme Court against Glenn Chong for allegedly making remarks unbecoming of his profession during a rally by supporters of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.
The complaint was filed by fellow lawyer Andre de Jesus, who said Chong claimed during the rally he would "slap" first lady Liza Araneta-Marcos "back-to-back."
