THE 37-year-old association of job/service contractors, the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (Palscon), successfully held its 14th national conference on Nov. 8, 2024. Distinguished government officials from the executive and legislative branches, led by Labor and Employment Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma, graced the occasion or sent their messages of support. Palscon President Armand Gutierrez, Natcon Chairman Enzo Consulta, and IPP Rhoda Caliwara invited industry, human resources (HR), and technology experts as resource persons.
