THE country's oldest conglomerate, Ayala Corp., on Wednesday said that core net income for the first nine months of 2024 rose 19 percent from a year ago, driven mainly by solid contributions from its banking, real estate, telco, and energy and infrastructure subsidiaries.
"Including one-off items, Ayala's reported net income increased 5.0 percent to P34 billion," the company said in a disclosure.
