CEBU CITY — Adventure seekers can soon dive back into the thrilling river activities and enjoy the sights at Kabutongan Falls, nestled between the towns of Malabuyoc and Ginatilan in the southern part of Cebu province.
After months of rigorous planning and preparation, this natural wonder will be reopened to the public on Nov. 30, 2024.
