ILOILO CITY — A complaint has been filed before the Office of the Ombudsman against Buenavista, Guimaras Mayor Samuel Gumarin and eight other officials regarding the procurement of a second-hand water tanker.
The officials implicated alongside Gumarin are Vice Mayor Cyril Beltran, Association of Barangay Captains' President Rommel Infante, Sangguniang Kabataan President Dave Van Bartolome, and Sangguniang Bayan (SB) members Arthur Cartel Jr., Edgar Gallo, Rubin Magno, Valentine Talabero and Rex Fernandez.
