OFFICIALLY sourced news reports have revealed that some investigators of the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague have arrived in Manila to pursue their investigation into the bloody war on drugs during the term of former president Rodrigo Roa Duterte. This coincides with congressional inquiries "in aid of legislation," which have become "akin to criminal investigations" of the former president, who has admitted full responsibility for the crimes committed by erring law enforcers.

It also coincides with the arrest orders announced by the ICC against several world personalities for crimes against humanity.
