MANILA, Philippines — As Typhoon 'Ofel' whips parts of Northern Luzon, another tropical cyclone, 'Man-yi' (international name) is forecast to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Thursday evening, according to the state-run weather agency.
Nathaniel Servando, Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) administrator, told The Manila Times that once Man-yi has entered PAR, it will be called 'Pepito.'
