THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Commission on Elections (Comelec) signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) on Tuesday aimed at coordinating and sharing each other's assets for the 2025 national and local elections.
The MoA signing was led by MMDA Chairman Romando Artes and Comelec Chairman George Garcia.
