MANILA, Philippines — University of Perpetual Help System Dalta used a late fourth quarter rally to fend off the Jose Rizal University, 86-82, in Season 100 of the NCAA men's basketball tournament on Tuesday at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.
Perpetual Help ended a three-game losing skid but capped the season with a 7-11 win-loss card, missing the Final Four.
JRU, on the other hand, absorbed its fourth consecutive loss for a 4-13 record.
