SEN. Bong Go raised the need to pass Senate Bill (SB) 192 institutionalizing a rental housing subsidy program as he provided help to 54 fire victims in Iloilo City on November 7.
The senator, in a statement, said the aid distribution was part of his efforts to help disaster-stricken communities "recover immediately."
