SOME people are saying that we should not invest too much emotion in the outcome of the election in the United States, which was won by a convicted felon, Donald J. Trump. Some are arrogantly even citing the fact that only those with business interests in the US should have a say, and people like me who are not even earning US dollars, should just shut up.

Beyond this condescendingly patronizing tone, mostly coming from ecstatic Trump sympathizers who forgot to practice what they preach in that they too are investing too much emotion in the election outcome, albeit differently, there is the issue of how clueless these people are.
