AT least 13 road sections in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and Cagayan Valley were rendered impassable while three others have limited access due to Typhoon Nika, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said Tuesday.
DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan said that nine of the road sections that were closed to traffic were in Ifugao, Kalinga, and Mountain Province.
