BACOLOD CITY — The Negros Electric and Power Corp. (Negros Power) has secured a provisional certificate for public convenience and necessity (CPCN) from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
"We are pleased to inform you that Negros Power is now fully operational," said Bernard Bailey del Castillo, Negros Power chief operating officer.
