The Dynamic Art Group's commitment to creative projects

The Dynamic Art Group, a testament to the power of shared passion, began as a friendship among artists with a love for art.

The group meet once a week at various locations, often at the Quezon City Memorial Circle Museum, where they engage in on-the-spot painting — be it portraits, still life, nude sketching, or landscapes. They also share skills through art demonstrations, art talks, and workshops. Occasionally, sponsors purchase their artwork, a validation of their artistic endeavors.
In April 2019, Esther Garcia was thrilled to learn about a Supreme Court mandamus mandating the cleanup of Manila Bay. Excited, she prepared a proposal for an art exhibit focused on the Manila Bay Rehabilitation. She submitted this proposal to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for endorsement and support. The exhibit aimed to document and showcase the beauty of Manila Bay. The project was approved, leading to the formal establishment of the Dynamic Art Group. Esther invited nine talented artists to join this initiative — Fernando Sena, Jun Rocha, Ely Tablizo, Bing Siochi, Vic Bachoco, Fritz Silorio, Maxi Ramos, and Augusto Santiago. Together, they created 20 large paintings highlighting the beauty of Manila Bay.
The Dynamic Art Group first major exhibition, 'The Art of Manila Bay Rehab,' occurred from June 18 to July 17, 2019, at the Solaire Casino and Resort. The exhibition was a resounding success, drawing attention both locally and internationally.
A year later, the Dynamic Art Group received international recognition with the Manila Bay-Ani award, presented by notable environmentalist organizations from Madrid, Normandy, Washington DC, Singapore, and the Philippines. The award ceremony occurred during the World Coastal Clean Up Day on September 19, 2020, at the Manila Yacht Club.
The group has an extended plan, which is detailed in a comprehensive roadmap for year-long art projects. This plan includes organizing exhibitions in high-profile venues, conducting art talks to deepen members' understanding and skills, and offering workshops to help them reach their full artistic potential. The group's commitment to ongoing learning and improvement is evident in these initiatives.
With these creative projects ahead, the group aims to showcase its artwork continuously, inspiring others to pursue excellence.
