With less than a month to go before the reopening of Notre-Dame cathedral, the eight bells in the north belfry ring out for the first time since the fire in April 2019, marking another step toward the cathedral's resurrection. "It was very moving to hear the eight bells ringing together," says Guillaume Normand, the cathedral's vice-rector, after the first technical test.
