CEBU CITY — A complete rehabilitation of the controversial Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC) track oval has been recommended after an inspection by the city council on Tuesday.
City Councilor Jerry Guardo, chairman of the infrastructure committee, led the assessment and confirmed significant damage to the rubberized track that needed urgent repairs, especially with the staging of the Sinulog Festival in January next year.
