BACOLOD CITY — The provincial government of Negros Occidental will build an evacuation facility and dormitory for athletes at the Panaad Park and Stadium here in Barangay Mansilingan, provincial administrator Rayfrando Diaz said on Wednesday.
Diaz said the facility will have 10 dormitory-type buildings complete with comfort rooms and mess halls.
