SEN. Mark Villar appealed to his fellow senators on Wednesday to support the early passage of the proposed bill declaring the province of Pampanga the "Culinary Capital of the Philippines."
In his sponsorship speech of the proposed measure, the senator started with an emphasis on the historic cuisine of the province.
