ILOILO CITY — Brig. Gen. Ted Dumosmog officially assumed command of the 303rd Infantry Brigade (303IB) in Negros Occidental after a change of command ceremony at Camp Major Nelson L. Gerona in Murcia on Tuesday.
Dumosmog succeeded BGen. Orlando Edralin, who will retire on Nov. 8 after reaching the mandatory retirement age and more than 37 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
