(UPDATE) PHASE 1 of the Light Rail Transit-1 (LRT-1) Cavite Extension project is set to open later this month, the Department of Transportation (DoTr) said on Thursday.
In a briefing in Malacañang, DoTr Secretary Jaime Bautista said the rollout is "an early Christmas gift" of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to the riding public.
