MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon "Marce" will likely exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) either Friday afternoon or evening, the state-run weather agency said.
"Marce will continue moving generally westward and exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility this afternoon or evening," said Nathaniel Servando, Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) administrator.
