CEBU CITY — The Lapu-Lapu City Legal Department, alongside the Department of Education (DepEd) legal team from the Lapu-Lapu City Division, has asserted ownership of Abuno Elementary and High School in Barangay Pajac.

The city is also set to prepare charges against the heirs of the property, the Alegres-Cosep family, who allegedly padlocked a security guard inside the school.
