A CONGRESSIONAL candidate in Bulacan expressed fear for his security after an armed man entered the compound of one of the family's properties in Barangay Tukod, San Rafael, Bulacan, on Nov. 2.

The suspect, armed with a handgun and grenade, was immediately arrested.
