CEBU CITY — Driven by frustration over poverty and alleged corruption, Pamela "Pam" Baricuatro said she is stepping up her campaign which focuses on tackling corruption which she said "worsens poverty in Cebu."
Baricuatro, a philanthropist and former flight attendant, is challenging Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia in what could well go down as an interesting gubernatorial face-off in Cebu in 2025.
