IT was my second day in Oxford, Ohio (not England), and I just went to Kroger grocery to buy my food for the week. I was about to cross the road when a big black truck came. I stopped (in the Philippines, we give way to vehicles).

But the driver, a kindly old man with a white beard, smiled and, with his hand, motioned me to walk. I smiled, walked and thought: What a great day, Santa Claus giving way to me and my two plastic bags of food. But when I looked at the big truck moving away, on its back was a sticker that said: F*** BIDEN!
