SEN. Pia Cayetano stood firm in promoting indigenous gas as she defended Senate Bill (SB) 2793 or the proposed Philippine Natural Gas Industry Development Act.
Cayetano said the measure, approved on second reading last Tuesday, would promote energy security and protect consumers from higher electricity costs.
