MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon "Marce" will likely continue to threaten Cagayan after making landfalll in Sta. Ana on Thursday, the state-run weather agency said.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said another landfall may take place on Thursday night along the coast of the northwestern mainland.
