MANILA, Philippines — Former president Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday night congratulated the election of his former counterpart, Donald Trump, as the 47th President of the United States.
Duterte's Facebook post also showed throwback photos of the two leaders at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summit held in the country in 2017.
