Unesco, Seameo hold learning equity conference

THE United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization International Institute for Educational Planning (Unesco IIEP) gathered educators and education institution managers from Asia-Pacific for the Regional Conference on Educational Planning at the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Center for Educational Innovation and Technology (Seameo Innotech) on Tuesday, Nov. 5, with the conference culminating today, Nov. 7, 2024.

Organized by Unesco and co-hosted by Seameo Innotech in collaboration with the Unesco National Commission of the Philippines (Unacom) and the Department of Education (DepEd), the conference explores new opportunities to enhance health, well-being and digital connectivity while addressing urgent challenges such as lessons from the Covid-19 pandemic and the existential impacts of climate change on learning continuity.
