MANILA, Philippines — Signal No. 2 has been raised over two Northern Luzon provinces as Typhoon "Marce" maintains its strength while moving over the Philippine Sea, the state weather bureau said on Wednesday.
Affected areas are the eastern portion of Babuyan islands (Camiguin Island and Babuyan Island) and the northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan (Santa Ana, Gonzaga, Lal-Lo, Santa Teresita and Buguey).
