THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Tuesday ordered residents in areas on the path of Typhoon Marce (Yinxing) to evacuate immediately.
NDRRMC Chairman and Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro Jr. also ordered the local government units (LGUs) in areas within the forecast track of Marce to conduct forced evacuations before the typhoon's onslaught.
