DAVAO City 1st District Rep. Paolo "Pulong" Duterte's hair follicle test for illegal drug abuse has yielded negative results.
The test was conducted by Omega Laboratories, a drug testing center in the United States, on behalf of Hi-Precision Diagnostics Center, as hair follicle testing is not available in the Philippines, and samples are sent to the US for testing.
