PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has approved the extension of the construction period and other adjustments to two flood control projects, Malacañang said Tuesday, in line with government efforts to mitigate the impact of natural disasters.
Marcos greenlit the changes to the Cavite Industrial Area-Flood Risk Management Project and the Pasig-Marikina River Channel Improvement Project-Phase IV during the 22nd meeting of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Board, which he chairs.
