John Capulong contributed 10 points, and Yuan Camay chipped in nine.The teams exchanged leads in the fourth quarter, but Arellano pulled ahead by four points in the final seconds, securing the win.Joshua Guiab's 20 points weren't enough for the Heavy Bombers, who fell to 4-11.
