TABUK CITY, Kalinga — The police took custody of the 99 bricks of dried marijuana leaves and stalks worth P11.8 million found on Saturday in Barangay Maluksad, Pasil, Kalinga, police said in a belated report on Monday.
Cpt. Ruffy Manganip, Kalinga police spokesman, said that the marijuana bricks were discovered inside three sacks left by unknown suspects inside a box culvert.
