FIRST-TERMER Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval has emerged as one of the top-performing city chief executives in the Philippines.
Conducted for the second quarter of the year, the RP Mission and Development Foundation Inc's (RPMD) survey showed that Sandoval obtained 90.36 percent, placing her on top along with three other Metro Manila mayors — Joy Belmonte (Quezon City), John Rey Tiangco (Navotas City) and Dave Gonzalo Malapitan (Caloocan).
