THE Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) turned over two elderly care facilities in celebration of Elderly Filipino Week (EFW) on Oct. 3 and 4, 2024.
Serving senior citizens in Rizal and Batangas respectively, the activity aimed to reach out to elders staying in Haven for the Elderly — a leading residential care facility in Tanay, Rizal, and Tahanan ng Mahal na Ina ng Guadalupe — a home health care service for the abandoned poor elderly women in Lipa, Batangas.
