BAGUIO CITY — Mayor Benjamin Magalong has directed city offices to collaborate to better address the problem on vagrants in the Summer Capital.
"While we have existing programs care of our Mental Health Unit of the City Health Services Office (CHSO) and the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), we have to ensure that these offices are getting much needed support from other concerned offices to address psychotic vagrancy and other mental health issues," said Magalong.
