RA No. 12028, also known as "An Act Establishing an Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning Program, Appropriating Funds, and for Other Purposes," is a landmark legislation that aims to address the learning gaps caused by pandemic-related school closures by establishing a free, national intervention and remedial program.
